Comments |
Updated in v4.0 to improve image display and handling. FFTs for thresholding are Butterworth filtered first to remove the influence of image edge effects. The option to add back some fraction of the low frequency component is also given. Closing the dialog save the current settings as the new defaults. Holding down ALT when closing the dialog will restore the settings to the their default values. |
System Requirements |
Should be compatible with all recent versions of DigitalMicrograph. |
Known Issues |
Image must either be 2n x 2n in dimension or have an ROI of that dimension defined within it. If neither of these conditions are met, the script will create the largest square ROI possible within the bounds of the image. The script can then be rerun. |
