There are a range of EELS-specific script functions, which include several for background fitting (using various models). These can be found in the help menu under EELS/EELS Analysis/Script Interface (provided you have the EELS plugins). In GMS 1.84 I have found some of these functions to be a bit buggy, but that may be specific to me/this version.

System Requirements

Should be compatible with all recent versions of DigitalMicrograph, though not tested in GMS 2.
