Compute High Frequency Dielectric Constant
Function
Computes the high frequency dielectric constant from Epsilon 2 data

Comments

Kramers-Kronig analysis (KKA) of low loss EELS data can be used to compute the Epsiloon 2 function. This is used as the source data for this script and computes the high frequency dielectric constant. This is based on equation 9 in the paper by Gass et al. (Phys.Rev. B73, (2006) 035112).

The script will work on Epsilon 2 data derived from a single spectrum, a 2D spectrum image or a 3D spectrum image.

System Requirements
Should be compatible with all versions of GMS.
