Function
Computes a 2D contrast transfer function map.

Comments

Computes a 2D contrast transfer function (CTF) map of defocus versus reciprocal distance. This can be used to match with an experimental CTF to identify the defocus.

System Requirements
Tested on GMS 2.32, but should work on all versions of GMS.
Known Issues

In practice comparing calculated with experimental data is challenging, because in the calculated map, there is no damping of the CTF - which occurs experimentally, due to instabilities, drift etc. Rather than intensity match, a better approach is to look at the positions of zero crossings in the derivative image.
